All paid plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your tax filings. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax professional for tax advice specific to your situation.

5. Accuracy of AI Scanning

The Turbo Scan AI feature uses third-party AI technology to extract data from receipt images. While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all scanned data before using it for tax or business purposes. MapleTax is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate AI extraction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for the legally required period and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
